Frasers Estate Agents Ltd are an independent firm set up in 1985, specialising in residential sales throughout Ipswich and the surrounding area. The firm is owned by two directors and the office staff have a combined experience of over 40 years. We pride ourselves on working as a team to provide a comprehensive, professional and friendly service to our clients, being honest, proactive and innovative in our approach.
From January 2008 Frasers Lettings Ltd was created and operates from within our town centre office offering a complete rental package for any prospective landlord or tenent alike.
Our office is located centrally in the town to be easily accessible to both clients and prospective buyers for residential sales and landlords and prospective tenants for rentals. This, combined with our computerised mailing facility, enables us to efficiently match properties with buyers and prospective tenants at the best price with the minimum of fuss.
We aim to provide an all encompassing service which doesn't stop when a sale or let is agreed. Most sales and rentals progress quite smoothly but we spend a significant amount of time liaising with solicitors and other agents on the sales side and landlords and tenants on the rentals side. The use of this time ensures a smooth transaction by identifying any potential problems and addressing them at the earliest opportunity.
