Frasers Estate Agents are an independent firm set up in 1985, specialising in residential sales, dealing with properties in Ipswich and the surrounding area. The firm is owned and run by two directors and the sales staff have a combined experience of over 50 years. We pride ourselves on working as a team to provide a comprehensive, professional and friendly service to our clients, being proactive and innovative in our approach.

Our offices are located centrally in the town to be easily accessible to both clients and perspective buyers for residential sales and landlords and perspective tenants for rentals. This, combined with our computerised mailing facility, enables us to efficiently match properties with buyers and perspective tenants at the best price with the minimum of fuss.

We aim to provide an all encompassing service which doesn't stop when a sale or let is agreed. Most sales and rentals progress quite smoothly but we spend a significant amount of time liaising with solicitors and other agents on the sales side and landlords and tenants on the rentals side. The use of this time ensures a smooth transaction by identifying any potential problems and addressing them at the earliest opportunity
